Merchandising Specialist
(Remote, US Based)​
The Company
We are a rapidly growing eCommerce retailer that specializes in luxury indoor and outdoor furniture, and home decor.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Regular maintenance of brand and product data.
  • Maintain active assortment.
  • Load products into site.
  • Provide cross merchandising suggestions.
  • Maintain margin level and CRM
  • Maintain pricing and MAP compliance
  • Maintain high level of product knowledge
  • Utilize internal project management tool to track maintenance and new setup of products.
  • Uses Excel to perform routine and sometimes complex data comparisons which includes techniques using formulas, concatenate, if-statements, VLOOKUP’s, Pivot Tables, and other functions.
  • Catalog Management - work with company's vendors to obtain catalogs, item data, images, pricing needed for listing products on the online store.
  • Adding products to the online catalog, maintaining correct product information
  • Locate, collect, and manage data from multiple sources.
  • Work cross-functionally to execute product related activities such as data content, images, pricing updates, availability dates, etc.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and partner contacts, influence cross-functional teams.
  • Other tasks as assigned
REQUIRMENTS:
  • Advanced level of proficiency with Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to plan strategically and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Basic image editing skills
  • Ability to coordinate tasks and project timelines with multiple team members, handle multiple projects in a fast paced, technology-based environment
  • Able to sit for long periods of time
  • Degree in relevant field is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
POSITION:
The position is remote:
  • 1 hour paid lunch
  • Pay range is between $6 and $9 USD
Details:
  • M-F 9:00AM - 5:00PM CST
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Reports to Director of Merchandising
