We are seeking to welcome a qualified Senior BI & MIS Officer , MIS, Budgeting & Planning Department (Band 4T) reporting directly to the Team Leader – BI & MIS Unit / Department Manager.
Overall Job Definition
Tirana Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Officer – Business Intelligence & MIS to support and enhance our data-driven operations. This role is key in developing and maintaining the Bank’s Data Warehouse and BI platforms, creating insightful dashboards and reports, and ensuring smooth daily operations of all BI-related processes.

Main Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and optimize the Bank’s Data Warehouse and BI systems.
- Ensure daily execution and reliability of ETL processes and BI tools.
- Design and implement reports and dashboards using Qliksense, SharePoint, and Microsoft.
- Reporting Services.
- Translate business needs into efficient, scalable BI solutions.
- Use Python for ETL tasks, data manipulation, and automation of reporting processes.
- Support periodic and regulatory reporting (FATCA, CRS, BOA, IFRS, etc.).
- Drive the automation and optimization of internal reporting processes and future BI initiatives.
- Provide technical expertise for system enhancements and data troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with the MIS team on projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Kualifikimet
Competencies / Skills:- Proven experience with BI tools and Data Warehouse platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and reporting.
- Python experience for data processing, automation, and scripting tasks.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex data tasks and regulatory requirements.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
