Role Overview:

This is a Full-Time, Long Term Opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Director who would join us in our office in Albania and play a pivotal role in advancing our valuable work and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate a pipeline of clients in Albania and around the world.
  • Identify and engage prospects and retain clients.
  • Demonstrate a driven, go-getter approach with a solutions-oriented mindset to foster new client relations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless coordination between sales efforts and service delivery.
  • Contribute to business development strategies, offering innovative ideas and solutions for the local market and abroad.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, ideally in a Service Sales Role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Eager, driven, and highly motivated individual with a sales and business development mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of building and managing a book of business.
  • Excellent communication skills, adept at identifying and articulating client needs.
  • High English proficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong personal network to facilitate future sales opportunities.
