We’re looking for a Night Shift Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel during the quiet hours.At Meliá Durres, part of the global Meliá Hotels International family, we believe in creating unforgettable experiences for our guests—and that starts with you.
About the Role
As a Night Shift Front Office Agent, you’ll ensure smooth overnight operations, assist guests with late check-ins and early check-outs, and maintain the safety and comfort of our hotel during the night. Your role is essential in delivering the high standards of service that define the Meliá experience.
What You’ll Do
Welcome and assist guests during late arrivals and early departures Perform nightly audits and prepare financial reports Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with care Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations Manage reservations and ensure system accuracy
What We’re Looking For
Experience in front office or customer service (hospitality preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS) and basic accounting Fluent in English; Albanian or Spanish is a plus Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
