EPPC Albania, on behalf of one of its clients, is currently recruiting a Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused person to manage end-to-end logistics operations while ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves coordinating shipments, handling delivery schedules, resolving client inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Main Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service;
• Proficient in French;
• Proficiency in Microsoft (Excel);
• Attention to detail and customer-oriented attitude;
• Availability to work fully remote (Monday to Friday), from 9:00 – 18:00.
