Senior Business & System Analyst - Applications Development Department

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze end‑to‑end business processes and translate business needs into functional and system requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
  • Prepare functional designs, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
  • Analyze and document system integrations and APIs (REST / SOAP), including data mapping and error handling.
  • Support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (SIT / UAT).
  • Participate in release planning, go‑live activities, and post‑production support.
  • Contribute to Second and Third Level Support by analyzing defects and production issues.
  • Support continuous improvement of business processes and solution quality.

JOB PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT sector, preferably in Business or System Analysis roles.
  • Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with API‑based integrations, including REST/SOAP and JSON/XML.
  • Understanding of integration security concepts such as authentication and tokens.
  • Experience with enterprise BPM / workflow platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
  • Very good command of English, written and spoken.
