HR & Admin Executive
Our client is a well-known international company operating successfully in Albania from a decade. Quality leadership and development of the people represent cornerstones of their strategy and success in different countries.Due to its business expansion our client opens the new vacancy of HR & Admin Executive
We are seeking for motivated people with the energy and enthusiasm to take this position to develop their professional career in HR.
Responsibilities:
• Make sure all HR policies (Recruiting, PMDP, and Learning & Development) are followed
throughout the company
• Make sure HR services are provided timely and effectively to the internal
clients
Candidate Requirements :
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably with international companies or organizations
• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Economics
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources field (would be an advantage)
• Organizational & Collaborative skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Professional attitude and high integrity
• Fluency in English
• Good Knowledge of MSOffice

• Identify improvement opportunities in HR functions following business and
company needs and initiate implementation
• Facilitate focus group discussions and monitors action planning
• Contribute to maintaining a positive working climate and environment.
• Evaluate staff performance
• Co-operate with local and expatriate staff to resolve people issues in Albania
• Establish standards and procedures according company strategy.
• Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups
• Travel Management, both local & international
• Assign and monitor administrative tasks
• Extend assistance to Country Director
