Position: GENERAL MANAGER
Ditë e Natë, a prominent part of Delta Holding, is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations
and strategic direction of our pharmaceutical chain.
Reporting to the General Administrator of Delta Holding, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth,
ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans for the pharmacy chain.
- Identify growth opportunities, explore new markets, and adapt to changes in the healthcare landscape.
- Lead the identification of strategic locations for new pharmacies.
- Evaluate proposals for acquisitions and lead preliminary negotiations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance of the pharmacies and the network.
- Propose pricing and offering policies, set sales targets, and follow up on their achievement.
- Develop sales programs with clear success metrics and reward schemes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Department to drive market positioning strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including staffing, workflow, medication dispensing, packaging, and labeling standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Implement quality assurance programs, conduct regular audits, and review processes for improvement.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations of pharmacy staff.
- Maintain proper staffing levels and create a positive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, address their needs and concerns, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.
- Oversee the financial aspects of the pharmacy chain, including budgeting, expense control, pricing strategies, and revenue generation.
- Stay abreast of technological advancements and assess their potential impact on efficiency.
- Foster collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless pharmaceutical services.
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and/or Business Administration or other related fields.
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Commercial Director, or Sales/Operations Manager in a reputable retail chain.
- Strong B2C sales experience.
- Excellent team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in each team member.
- Strong orientation towards business management systems, information technology, and procedural efficiency.
- Mature personality with strong team-working and influencing skills.
- Ability to visualize and achieve long-term and short-term objectives.
- Strong analytical skills focused on problem identification and solution generation.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, business sense, and self-motivation.
- Ability to balance multiple, changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Positive personality, assertive with excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and negotiation skills.
