Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic General Manager to lead all operational, financial, and guest service functions within the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and implement policies that promote efficiency.

Job Position: General Manager
Location: Maritim Marina Bay Resort & Casino, Vlore.
Job Type: Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Events, and Security..
• Implement efficient procedures and solve operational challenges promptly.
• Prepare and manage the annual budget.
• Analyze financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure departmental efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor legislation.
• Address guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requests.
• Promote a warm, welcoming, and personalized guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in hotel management (4–5 preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of financial and operational hotel management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
