Fusion BPO is looking for Talent Acquisition / Recruiter

- Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within a defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography
- Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges, recruitment agencies, etc.
- Should be able to recruit people speaking different languages/bilinguals like German, Spanish, Italian
- Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
- Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA
- Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area
- Manage Geography stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
- Ensure proper engagement of candidates during the pre-onboarding phase, for a better employee experience.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity and engaging with heads of department.
- Min 1 year of previous experience in the field
