Full Remote Customer Support Specialist – Welsh & English Speaking​

COMMERCEY (http://commercey.co) is looking for a motivated and capable Welsh and English speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a fast-growing company in a dynamic and stimulating environment for one of our international projects.

The role is fully remote, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

The selected candidate will support customers by responding to inquiries, assisting with requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience across our support channels. The candidate will receive comprehensive initial training, which will continue throughout the employment period. This training will cover the company’s systems, support tools, and provide a complete overview of the company’s services and operational processes.

Our primary goal is to enable the candidate to develop the necessary skills for the role and support their professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities​

Customer Support
Provide professional and friendly support to customers in both Welsh and English, responding to inquiries via email, helpdesk, or phone.

Customer Assistance
Help customers resolve issues, answer questions, and provide clear information regarding the company’s services.

Case Handling
Ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Customer Communication
Maintain clear, respectful, and helpful communication with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Essential Requerements​

  • Fluent Welsh and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good telephone communication skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude with empathy and patience
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently
  • Positive and reliable personality
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

Experience​

  • Previous experience in customer support, call center, or client-facing roles is preferred
  • Experience using email support systems, helpdesk platforms, or CRM tools is considered a plus
