EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, an international company, the world leader in the habitat and construction markets, is currently recruiting a Finance Specialist-Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide all required information to Outsourcing partners for purchasing and internal accounting processes;
- Reconcile outstanding vendor balances and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies;
- Prepare data and participate in both internal and external financial audits;
- Manage treasury operations, including cash and bank management, and prepare monthly cash flow reports;
- Oversee monthly closing and financial reporting processes;
- Ensure accurate accounting of produced and finished goods inventory movements;
- Manage and support all entity reporting, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability, and timely delivery of figures, analyses, and comments;
- Lead the end-to-end budgeting process by collaborating with functional managers, analysing past performance, and developing trends for future budgets;
- Analyse cost centers, provide insights for management, and propose cost-saving initiatives; design and measure financial and operational KPIs;
- Evaluate production line profitability, prepare analytical reports, and recommend improvement measures;
- Perform ad hoc tasks related to the Business Finance function as required;
Skills and Competencies:
- University degree in Economics or related field;
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance;
- Knowledge of and experience in accounting systems (Navision mandatory)
- Efficient and organized, with a focus on delivering precise results;
- Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills;
- Clear and constructive communication style with good listening and interpersonal balance.
