FINANCE MANAGER​



Our client, international company which is about to start implementing its ambitious investment plans in Albania, is seeking an experienced financial executive, who will be responsible for all accounting and financial functions.This position requires a results oriented individual with excellent communication,organizational, and analytical abilities, who can integrate these skills in a positive management team environment. Reporting to the position is the Controller and the Chief Accountant.

Main Tasks/Responsibilities:
  • Annual audits and quarterly reviews;Monthly financial reports
  • Budget planning and reporting to Management and Board of Directors
  • Development of long-range business plans
  • Tax return planning and control
  • Maintaining of internal controls and adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
  • Control of company expenses
  • Inter Company reporting and consolidation
  • Managing cash flow and funding requirements
    Executive Responsibilities:
  • Help develop and implement long-range strategy
  • Integrating financial perspective into operations of the Company
  • Ensure contracts are negotiated in the best interests of Company
  • Coordinating with Company consultants,auditors and attorneys on filings, contracts, and business models as appropriate
Profile Requirements:

University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.CPA/equivalent or MBA highly desirable;
5+ years of accounting and/or finance management experience.
Excellent knowledge of IFRS
Excellent knowledge of Albanian tax legislation and its developments;knowledge of international taxation would be an asset
Highly proficient in Excel, while SAP knowledge is considered an advantage
Proficiency in English; Strong written and oral communication skills are essential.
Ability to foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships.
