ABOUT US
Founded in 2005, Fashion Group Albania is the country’s leading fashion retailer and the company that introduced international franchise retail to the Albanian market. We operate 17 stores across Tirana’s key destinations and the e-commerce platform www.fga.al, representing a portfolio of 11 globally recognised brands — Mango, Geox, Aldo, Parfois, Women’secret, Springfield, Prénatal, Okaïdi, Carpisa, Cortefiel and Tom Tailor.
We lead with four values: collaboration, integrity, accountability and dynamism — and a simple principle: people first.

WHY YOU’LL WANT TO JOIN US
Scale and stability — join the benchmark of fashion retail in Albania, with two decades of growth and a portfolio of household-name brands.
Real ownership — this is a hands-on role where you own the numbers, the close, and the team. Your work is visible at the top.
People-first culture — we lead with collaboration, integrity, accountability and dynamism — and we mean it.
Support the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls across a growing multi-brand retail business
01 THE ROLE
The Finance Manager owns the integrity, control and timely delivery of FGA’s financial information. This is a hands-on, operational role — focused on stabilizing and improving financial processes, ensuring reliable reporting, and leading the finance team in day-to-day execution. You are the owner of the monthly close and the financial statements, and the person the business relies on for clear, accurate, timely numbers.

02 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Financial reporting and Analysis

Produce accurate income statements, balance sheets and cash-flow statements.
Own the monthly close and deliver on reporting deadlines, every month.
Provide insightful analysis to the CEO and senior management; track variances against budget and forecast.
Budgeting, planning & cost control
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycle in partnership with department heads.
Monitor expenses, surface cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
Improve coordination between Finance and Retail so the numbers reflect operational reality.
Operations, controls & compliance
Build and enforce financial controls, policies and procedures aligned with regulation and best practice.
Manage cash flow and working capital; produce reliable cash forecasts.
Ensure effective oversight of financial processes across the department.
Ensure compliance with tax law and accounting standards; support internal and external audits.
Process, systems & team
Review current systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team by ensuring clear responsibilities, deadlines, disciplined execution.
Partner cross-functionally to bring financial expertise into business decisions.

03 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA / ACCA or a Master’s is an advatage.
4+ years of relevant experience, ideally in retail, fashion or multi-store / multi-brand environments.
Solid command of financial principles, accounting standards and Albanian tax regulation.
Proven track record in financial planning, budgeting and analysis.
Advanced Excel; comfortable with ERP / financial management systems.
Strong leadership and team-development skills — you set standards and lift others.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making ability.
English proficiency (written and spoken).
High integrity, attention to detail and a bias toward doing things properly.

04 WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive package — compensation aligned with your experience and impact.
Real development — training, certification support and clear pathways to grow.
Senior visibility — direct exposure to the CEO and the leadership team.
A culture worth showing up for — 20 years of stability, a people-first ethos, and colleagues who care about doing things properly.
