Electrical Engineering Manager
​

We are seeking on behalf of our client, an Austrian based company, European leader in Infrastructure & Construction project, for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• To develop, plan, coordinate and direct the execution of all phases of the project from concept to completion, plus commissioning and operating the project.
• To oversee all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes.
• To perform a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities,
  and monitoring and summarizing the progress of the project.
• To analyze various options for all phases of project execution, cost savings, schedules
  improvement and establish a project implementation plan within the Project Management.
• To manage engineering, planning, control, procurement, and construction personnel in a matrix organization to accomplish project objectives.
• To motivate project team members, plus develop capabilities and work with the project team members
• To resolve issues and coordinate activities by serving as the focal point between the engineering, project team, and contractors.
• To negotiate issues with contractors/suppliers to the best interest of the project.
• To respond to day to day issues requiring design engineering, including safety modifications.
• To deliver the objectives of the project on time, within budget tolerance, and meeting the standards of quality for use.
• To communicate well through periodic reports and review with the project team.
• To establish clear written project expectations and measurements of the objectives at the
  beginning of each project phase.
• To recommend improvements to the process and equipment, plus train and mentor team members or other engineers.

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in managing electrical projects and/or HVAC projects.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, Acad 2007 .
• Fluent in English, German language would be an advantage.
• Autonomous and persuasive, short-line in communication, strong in teamwork, proficient in leading, training, and facilitating teams.
• Able to manage and account for the details without getting lost in them, proactive 'get it done' attitude
• Self organized and able to organize team.
