You will:
• Contribute in creating plan at retail channel in assigned territory to support business and improve customer experience.
• Propose seasonal activities to address territory specifics (summer/ winter seasonality…).
• Build and maintain relationship with sales channels and Local Chain owners.
• Provide feedback and support supervisor of external team of service providers to ensure the best service provision.
• Ensure efficiency of hostess team service provision in line with business needs.
• Monitor targets, analyze results and apply measures for execution improvements, to lead to achievement of targets and specific field activity results. Communicate reports to supervisor and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage budget in assigned territory at most professional & efficient manner.
• Regular field visits

If you have:
• Preferably University degree (high school education is minimum requirement);
• 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial/marketing/sales roles, preferably in FMCG;
• Fluency in Albanian language;
• Minimum intermediate knowledge of English language;
• Upper intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Advanced preferable);
• Driving license – minimum 1 year active driver.

• Have strong analytical and presentational skills.
• Understand and inspire others.
• Embrace uncertainty and can work well in ambiguous situations.
• Can act and make decisions independently.
• Put high focus on customer needs and look for new way to create customer value.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate with different stakeholders while being objective and target focused
