Position: Business Assistant
Location: Durres
Job Description:

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in bridging marketing strategies with sales execution, ensuring that our brands stand out at the point of sale and deliver value both to the customer and the end consumer.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication: emails, calls, correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the schedule, calendar, and meetings of the Market Operations Director.
- Track attendance, leave, and travel data for the Director.
- Prepare reports, presentations, corporate documents and ensure timely updates.
- Maintain both electronic and paper records of contracts, minutes, and key materials.
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and follow-up on action items.
- Support the preparation of MT (Management Team) meeting minutes and status tracking.
- Act as liaison between the Market Operations Director, MT, and employees.
- Organize all corporate travel and logistics for staff and guests.
- Assist with project research, documentation, and internal communication.
- Handle media monitoring and forward relevant information to management.
- Address and redirect external inquiries and suggestions as needed.
- Ensure alignment with company rules, procedures, and values in all activities.
GENERAL REQUIERMENTS
- University degree (preferably in social sciences or related fields)
- Preferred relevant experience in a similar role
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality, responsibility, and professionalism
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure gracefully
