EPPC Albania on behalf of Philips, a global leader in health technology providing solutions in oral health care is currently recruiting a Dental Professional Representative for Albania & Kosovo.
As a Dental Professional Representative, you will promote Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals across Albania and Kosovo, building long-term partnerships through education, advocacy, and product adoption. Through trainings, presentations, and demonstrations, you will support dental professionals in becoming ambassadors for Philips Sonicare.

As a Dental Professional Representative, you will promote Philips Oral Health Care products to dental professionals across Albania and Kosovo, building long-term partnerships through education, advocacy, and product adoption. Through trainings, presentations, and demonstrations, you will support dental professionals in becoming ambassadors for Philips Sonicare.
Major Responsibilities:
- Act as an expert in clinical and technical product knowledge;
- Build and strengthen networks within the dental professional community;
- Develop productive collaborations with dental professionals;
- Participate in medical events (congresses, workshops);
- Create and organize training sessions, conduct product demonstrations and testing;
- Drive first orders and ensure visibility of Philips Sonicare in all locations;
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to support strategy;
- Collaborate with Sales, Trade & Shopper Marketing, and Marketing teams;
- Support the development and execution of local activation plans;
- Distribute product displays, educational materials, and patient resources;
- Influence in building strategy for dental communication with senior management.
- University degree;
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in product sales/sales support/merchandising (B2B/B2C) - Knowledge of Oral Health Care is a huge plus;
- Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills;
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset;
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently across Albania and Kosovo.
