CORPORATE RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Our client, a prestigious and leading international banking group, operating successfully in Albania for many years, invites interested candidates to apply for the vacancy of Corporate Relationship Manager.
The Role:
To act as the main point of contact between the Bank and a defined group of account holders defined as Corporate customers, carry out all activities related to management and development of Corporate customers, in order to reach through appropriate service levels the commercial, income and risk targets within the framework of the general policies of the Bank. Responsible of the budget goals achievements of the assigned portfolio, according to predefined KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Manages an assigned loan portfolio ensuring all documentation is in place and applicable terms and conditions are adhered to
- Routinely reviews the asset quality of all loans assigned, ensuring referrals of problem situations are made to the appropriate associate
- Approves credit applications within assigned lending authority, refers approvals outside of authority to an appropriate associate
- Negotiates profitable spreads, and maintains timely information flow to insure quality of the portfolio
- Maintains an in depth knowledge of corporate business and commercial credit policies and procedures
- Maintains an in depth knowledge of all bank and affiliate products and services
- Analyzes financial statements, uncovers optimal credit solutions within the context of a relationship plan, understands and articulates cash flow and the inter-relationship between assets and liabilities, determining the right solution for corporate businesses.
- Responsible for retaining, growing, acquiring commercial client relationships, ensuring a balance between growth and profitability
- Regularly consults with credit risk team to ensure common understanding and application of policies and procedures
- Shares best practices within branch, market, division and bank to build success and shares opportunities to provide recognition or reward to all associates
- University Degree in Economics/ Finance or related fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Banking Sector, preferably in commercial roles; at least 3 years in middle-large corporate market lending
- Fluent in English, good Italian is considered a plus
- Very good PC Skills
- Excellent decision making and problem solving ability, inter-personal and negotiating skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good knowledge of Financial Statements of companies
- Ability to interact effectively with people and to work independently as well as in a team
