Brand Assistant: Beer Category
Key duties and responsibilities:
Assistant Brand Manager is a junior position in support of CM to achieve company objectives, KPIs, and respective brand image.
The ABM reports to the respective CM(s), fulfilling the following tasks:
Market research and analysis: supports CM to fulfill their projects of market research in the field, preparing respective documents/databases, analyses, and reports.
- Brand strategies implementation. Assist the respective CM in the process of planning (yearly, monthly, weekly, global, by entity, etc.).
- KPI/ROI of projects. As per the instructions of the CM, ABM supports the analyses of the success of campaigns conducted to support brands (achievement of KPI, ROI), gets data, prepares reports/evaluations from the organization of activities, and shares them with the CM. The focus is first analyzing the implementation of the activity and then on the customer: sales growth, image, product presence, etc.
- Activities and materials. ABM participates in/takes responsibility for organizing activities such as product launches, exhibitions, photo sessions, etc., based on annual programs by the approved brands at the beginning of the year as per respective BM instructions.
- Field visits/work. ABM is an important player in understanding the market, implementation of the brand's strategy, co-emptions, prices, activation, etc. To achieve this, ABM should plan frequent in-field visits, prepare specific reports, and share them with CM.
- Brand awareness and image. ABM monitors and supports brand awareness and image, works proactively to improve, and proposes actions needed to increase awareness and image of EUROLAB brands in support of the BM &/or CM work.
- Reporting and presentation. ABM supports BM &/or CM in preparing monthly brand reports, as well as other reports related to brand performance as per instructions. ABM is involved in the preparation of the presentations as per the needs of the department.
- Others. ABM is ready to perform other duties as per company needs within the scope of the contract and country legislation.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in economics/marketing or related fields.
- Work Experience: student level, preferred any previous work in the fields related to sales and marketing.
- Languages & Computer Skills: Fluent English and Italian (preferable), MS Office;
- Think of the business; strive for quality.

- Very good analytical ability.
