Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our Construction Department. The successful candidate will support the design and execution of construction projects, working closely with senior architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure architectural integrity, compliance, and aesthetic quality throughout all phases of the project.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to gain hands-on experience in construction-based architectural work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and construction documents.
  • Support site teams in interpreting drawings and resolving on-site architectural issues.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with architectural plans.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal departments (structural, MEP, etc.).
  • Help in preparing 3D models, presentations, and material boards for client and internal reviews.
  • Stay updated on building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain project documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master’s degree in Architecture.
  • 2 years of professional experience (internships or project work in construction is a plus).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
  • Strong design and visualization skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced project environment.
  • Exposure to site coordination or supervision is advantageous.
  • Competent user of MS Office.

  • Diplomë në Arkitekturë (0-2 vite eksperiencë pune).
  • Të mirepritur te aplikojne edhe studente në vitin e fundit të studimeve.
  • Aftësi shume te mira komunikuese (pozicioni kërkon nderveprim te drejtperdrejte me P.M. e Projektit ).
  • Aftësi te mira numerike, pasi puna perfshin edhe perllogaritjen e materialeve te sugjeruara.
