SOS Children’s Villages Albania, one of the biggest international civil organisations in the country operating in social and child welfare field is looking for a National Coordinator (Executive Director)



Job description:

• Overall management of the organisation
• To maintain relationship with the Board and the international parent organisation
• To supervise the programmes (school, nursery school) and family strengthening projects
• To work out and realise possible future development of the programmes

Job requirements:

• University degree in management , social sciences, education
• At least 4 years management experience of an organization or project with medium/large staffing and budget
• Fluent written and spoken English
• International experience
• Skills in managing people, projects, budgets
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Structured approach and strategic thinking
• Commitment to the mission of SOS

Preferable

• Higher degree (Phd or MBA) or additional degree
• Experience in managing an NGO
• Experience in the social sector
• Skills in representing an organization on external bodies
