Job Title: Tax & Accounting Specialist
Location: Tirana, Albania
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
|
- Management of all balance sheet open items.
|
- Responsible for accounting of receivables and payables
|
- In charge for maintenance of Fixed Assets module
- Depreciation booking in Navision software according to IFRS and tax standards
|
|
- Foreign currency re-valuation
|
- In charge for the reporting of inventory reports.
- Supervising all inventory related activities and stocktaking
|
- Accounting entries for VAT reverse charges
- Preparation of VAT invoices and drafting of tax declarations;
|
| Tax: |
- Drafting correspondence with relevant tax authorities;
|
- Dealing with tax inspections
|
|
- Preparation of annual corporate income tax return;
|
- Reconciliation and declaration of gaming taxes;
|
- Finalization and declaration of tax books and related VAT returns;
|
- Declaration of withholding tax return;
|
- Invoices issued by the buyer for services received from individuals;
|
- Preparation of reverse charge invoices for international services;
|
- Coordination, reconciliation and payments of municipality taxes;
|
Skills:
- Previous experience with Navision would be an asset;
- Very good knowledge of international tax&accounting standards;
- Familiar with tax declarations and main tax treatment;
- Self starter attitude, able to handle multi tasks;
- Organised and systematic;
- At least 3 years of previous experience within an international company;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
