MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Management of all balance sheet open items.

  • Responsible for accounting of receivables and payables

  • In charge for maintenance of Fixed Assets module
  • Depreciation booking in Navision software according to IFRS and tax standards

  • Payroll accounting
[/TD]

  • Foreign currency re-valuation
[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]
  • In charge for the reporting of inventory reports.
  • Supervising all inventory related activities and stocktaking

  • Accounting entries for VAT reverse charges
  • Preparation of VAT invoices and drafting of tax declarations;

  • Drafting correspondence with relevant tax authorities;

  • Dealing with tax inspections

  • Preparation of annual corporate income tax return;
[/TD]

  • Reconciliation and declaration of gaming taxes;

  • Finalization and declaration of tax books and related VAT returns;

[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]
  • Declaration of withholding tax return;
[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]
  • Invoices issued by the buyer for services received from individuals;
[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]
  • Preparation of reverse charge invoices for international services;
[/TD]
[/TR]
[TR]
[TD]
  • Coordination, reconciliation and payments of municipality taxes;
[/TD]
[/TR]

Skills:

  • Previous experience with Navision would be an asset;
  • Very good knowledge of international tax&accounting standards;
  • Familiar with tax declarations and main tax treatment;
  • Self starter attitude, able to handle multi tasks;
  • Organised and systematic;
  • At least 3 years of previous experience within an international company;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
