[FONT=&quot]Terre des hommes is recruiting a Child Protection Capacity Building Specialist [/FONT][FONT=&quot] responsible for the overall development and coordination of the various capacity building initiatives implemented by Terre des hommes Mission in Albania.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Coordinate and implement capacity building activities, including development of training modules, facilitation of training and professional coaching in the field of child protection and multi-stakeholder’s collaboration. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Provide technical expertise in the field of psychosocial services for children, including the links with the other sectors such as education, health and law enforcement. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Lead the development of the strategy on Community-Based Child Protection mechanisms at the local level and oversee its implementation on the ground[FONT=&quot][1][/FONT]. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Contribute to fundraising efforts through technical expertise in the field of child protection and psycho-social services [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Contribute in research and development of technical resource materials conducted by the organization or together with partners. [/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]- [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Represent Tdh in Albania in various advocacy meeting and events. [/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Qualifications and experiences[/FONT]

• [FONT=&quot]Background in social field (MA in a social related field is a preference)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Expertise in at least one or preferably more than one area such as: child protection, child rights, community development work[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]At least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing projects on child rights, child protection and community based related field[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Experience in capacity building and adult learning (in the field of child protection and community development is preferred)[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Excellent writing and communication skills [/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Good team player[/FONT]
• [FONT=&quot]Proficiency in English and fluent Albanian language is an absolute requirement[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The titular will conduct his/ her duties in respect of the Charter of Terre des hommes, the Child Protection Policy and the Convention of the Rights of the Child. [/FONT]
