We are seeking Senior SAP ERP Consultants with more than 5 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions, both on S/4HANA and SAP Public Cloud environments. The ideal candidates will specialize in one or more of the following functional areas: Sales (SD), Controlling (CO), Production (PP), and Quality Management (QM).

This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to work in dynamic, international environments.

Education and Experience:
University degree in Economics, Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, or Computer), or Computer Science, or other related technical or business disciplines.

  • 5+ years of professional experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Public Cloud implementations.
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.
  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Open Functional Areas:

  • SD (Sales & Distribution): Order-to-Cash processes, pricing, billing, and integration with logistics and finance.
  • CO (Controlling): Cost center accounting, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.
  • PP (Production Planning): Discrete and process manufacturing, production scheduling, integration with MM, WM/EWM, and APO/PPDS.
  • QM (Quality Management): Quality planning, inspection, and notification processes integrated with production and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design optimal SAP solutions.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain SAP modules based on functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
  • Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live phases.
  • Provide expert functional support and troubleshooting for SAP users.
  • Stay updated on SAP innovations and best practices, especially in S/4HANA and Public Cloud.
Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Solid understanding of ERP business processes and their interdependencies.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in complex environments.
  • Experience working with international and multicultural teams.
  • Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
