We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will take a leading role in planning, executing, and managing penetration testing engagements across complex infrastructures, applications, and cloud environments. This position requires both strong technical expertise and the ability to coordinate team activities and communicate findings clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
Education:
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science (Informatics), Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering, or other related scientific or technical disciplines.
Equivalent professional experience in cybersecurity may also be considered.
Experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a specific focus on penetration testing.
Experience may be counted from the date of graduation or from the beginning of the professional career in the field.
Certifications (Preferred):
Possession of one or more of the following certifications is highly valued:

- CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
- OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert)
- GIAC GPEN (GIAC Penetration Tester)
- Lead and conduct advanced penetration tests on networks, web, mobile, and cloud applications.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize vulnerabilities, providing detailed mitigation recommendations.
- Perform dynamic and static analysis of applications, systems, and middleware configurations.
- Develop, adapt, and automate tools and scripts for penetration testing.
- Assess and validate secure coding practices and system configurations.
- Manage hardening processes for operating systems and middleware platforms.
- Evaluate and verify the effectiveness of security management systems and controls.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Lead and coordinate junior security analysts and testers in complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of penetration testing methodologies and frameworks (e.g., OWASP, PTES, MITRE ATT&CK).
- Strong background in network, application, and infrastructure security testing.
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, and communication protocols.
- Expertise in vulnerability analysis, exploit development, and post-exploitation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
