We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant with solid expertise in discrete manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will support implementation, configuration, and optimization activities within the SAP environment, ensuring seamless integration across production, planning, and warehouse modules. The position requires excellent analytical skills, hands-on experience with SAP modules, and fluency in both Italian and English.

Education and Experience:

University degree in Economics, Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, or Computer), or Computer Science, or other related technical or business disciplines.

  • Proven experience as an SAP PP Consultant with a strong focus on discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Good command of Italian and English (written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage SAP PP functionalities for production planning and production execution in discrete manufacturing.
  • Ensure integration between SAP PP and APO/Advanced Planning through CIF (Core Interface).
  • Work with PPDS/Advanced Planning functionalities, including Detailed Scheduling Board and Planning Table.
  • Manage integration between PP and WM/EWM modules to ensure smooth logistics and production workflows.
  • Use and customize SAP Fiori applications, including the development and management of custom Fiori apps.
  • Monitor and manage SAP AIF interfaces and ensure proper data exchange with MES systems.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, key users, and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure system stability.
Required Skills and Competencies:

  • In-depth knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes, covering both planning and execution functionalities.
  • Hands-on experience with APO/PPDS integration and production scheduling.
  • Good understanding of SAP PP–WM/EWM integration scenarios.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps and the ability to handle custom developments.
  • Experience with SAP AIF and MES interface monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory).
