Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations and bookings accurately and efficiently.
- Process check-ins and check-outs in a timely manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling payments.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
