Seasonal Buggy Driver – Green Coast Hotel (June – August)


The Seasonal Buggy Driver at Green Coast Hotel is responsible for transporting guests, luggage, and staff safely and efficiently around the hotel property during the busy summer season (June to August). This role ensures timely, courteous, and professional service, contributing to a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Main Responsibilities:​

• Safely operate the hotel buggy to transport guests, luggage, and staff across the property.
• Provide courteous and professional service to all guests while assisting with luggage as needed.
• Follow all safety regulations and hotel procedures to ensure passenger and vehicle safety.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the buggy vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist guests with directions and provide basic information about hotel facilities when requested.
• Coordinate with the front desk, bellboys, and other hotel staff to ensure smooth transportation services.
• Be alert and responsive to guest needs, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs, especially during peak check-in/check-out times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.

Required Qualifications:​

• Previous experience driving a small vehicle, golf cart, or similar buggy is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license appropriate for operating a buggy or small vehicle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented attitude.
