Position Title: Marketing Manager
Location: US-Remote

Position Overview: The Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, creating, and promoting the brand's identity through various marketing channels, both online and offline. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, and aligning all marketing efforts with the brand's goals. The ideal candidate will be innovative, analytical, and possess a strong understanding of modern marketing concepts and techniques.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals and target audience.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure consistency in the brand's voice, visual identity, and overall presence.
Ad Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and other online channels.
  • Analyze ad performance, optimize strategies, and manage advertising budgets to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling ad content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Monitor and report on ad campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and management of content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize reach and engagement.
Brand Promotion and Engagement:
  • Design and execute online and offline advertising campaigns to promote the brand.
  • Engage with customers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and foster community engagement.
Collaboration with Web Developers:
  • Provide marketing insights and creative direction to web developers.
  • Assist in integrating marketing strategies into the website design and functionality.
  • Monitor website analytics and create reports on website performance related to marketing efforts.
Reporting and Analysis:
  • Use analytical tools to track and report on marketing and ad campaign performance.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing management, including digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, strategies, and best practices.
  • Proficient in analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (in English)
