Job Description:

• Provide our customers with the best deals for rooms including new reservations, changes in reservations, cancellations
• Handle international customers
• Managing large volume of customer calls
• Resolve all inbound and outbound support request per established guidelines
• Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone, email and text
• Offer prompt, accurate and courteous service to customers
• Respond to client questions, concerns and billing enquiries with highest degree of professionalism
• Secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care

Desired Experience and Skill:

• Should have minimum 1-year experience in Customer Service
• Excellent Italian and English skills
• Previous experience in travel and hospitality industry
• Should have excellent communication and writing skills
• Should be a strong team player
• High School Diploma and equivalent
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding Customer Service
• Result driven
• Good time-management skills
• Ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
