Purpose of position:


Sales representatives are one of the key tools of Sales, and their role to increase the customer base and directly contribute at increasing the profit of the Company.


Main Tasks:

• 
  [*=left]Responsible for giving effective and high quality service to every customers that enters in Point of Sale
  [*=left]Deal with complaints from customers
  [*=left]Discover and handle concerns from customers
  [*=left]Arrange a number of status reports, for example activities, closings, follow-up and adherence to goals
  [*=left]Catch new opportunities, special developments for products and services, collect information
  [*=left]as well as feedback thanks to field activity and then coordinate with proper staff of the company
  [*=left]Advertise and sell products and services of the company to current and perspective customers

Skills:

• 
  [*=left]Bachelor degree
  [*=left]Customer oriented people
  [*=left]Excellent communication and negotiating skills
  [*=left]Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  [*=left]Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  [*=left]Able and willing to work in team
  [*=left]Willing to work under pressure
  [*=left]Technology awareness
