We are hiring for a Trainer / Team Leader who has previous experience in a sales / bd / call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Training new and existing Consultants regarding existing SOP and procedures
- Provide individual training to employees who need extra support or under performing
- Monitoring sales figures and targets
- Motivating staff to meet sales targets
- Conducting regular performance reviews for the team
- Implementing new policies and procedures for the team
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Support the team in the morning set up so every one is up and running
- Support in creating and improving the existing training guides in order to
- Audit the teams work to ensure compliance with SOP/ Procedures
- Min 1 year of experience as a trainer in a sales / bd environment
- Previous experience as a hands on sales / business development environment
- Fluent in English and Albanian
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Excel, word, database,
- Fast thinking and ability to resolve problems
- 5 days per week – Monday to Friday
- 20 days holidays per year + public holidays
- Training in English from our team in UK
- Being a strong communicator with good problem solving capability
