Responsibilities:
Lead guided tours to various destinations, providing engaging commentary and information about the sights, history, and culture.
Ensure the safety and comfort of tour participants throughout the journey.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing questions and concerns.
Adapt tour itineraries based on the needs and interests of the group.
Handle unexpected situations or emergencies with calmness and efficiency.
Promote our company's values and commitment to sustainable tourism practices.
Requirements:
Passion for travel, storytelling, and cultural exchange.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of local history, landmarks, and attractions.
Ability to lead and manage groups of diverse backgrounds.
Fluency in a foreign language.(German, English , Italian, Spanish, French , etc..)
Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Valid driver's license is a plus
