During 2024, in the framework of the project financed by UNFPA, NCCS will be implementing key initiatives aiming to strengthening institutional capacities to provide people-centered sexual and reproductive health services for people with intellectual disabilities, their parents and caregivers, social services' employees in the municipalities as well as specialists like social workers, psychologists, nurses who are involved in services for people with disabilities.​

Based on this, NCCS seeks to purchase Modules from companies with experience in relevant fields.
TERMS OF REFERENCE

Objective: Sex Education for People with Mild and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities to help them build healthy relationships and prevent exploitation and sexual abuse.
Manual with relevant information on:

1. Curricula on Sex Education and reproductive rights to break taboos, encourage and support healthy relationships for people with Mild and Moderate Intellectual Disabilities.
2. Curricula accompanied by visuals, role plays, videos, activities, assessments, and home connections to ensure that all learners receive the instructions that are most successful for each individual.
3. Curricula on education for promoting healthy relationships and reproductive Rights of People with Disabilities, with family members, caregivers and social workers, psychologists, teachers, nurses, gynecologists and others.

1. Criteria for the selection of the manufacturing company:

1. Experience in the field mentioned above.
2. To have exercised the skills with relevant information.
3. Ability to work within defined time limits and with high standards of professionalism;

III. Method of evaluation of candidates:

• Documentation for similar work: 70 points. Companies that have prepared the curriculum and supporting materials and used it with people with intellectual disabilities and autism are particularly favored.
• Biography: 30 points
