Position: ASSISTANT AUDIO-VISUAL TECHNICIAN
Location Rogner Hotel Tirana
Profile We are looking for an energetic, flexible and confident individual to join our Team in the job position: Assistant Audio-Visual Technician

Essential Job Duties:

• Meeting with Event Team to discuss audio, lighting, and video requirements
• Altering venue arrangements according to layout plans
• Laying electrical and sound cables
• Setting up and installing microphones, lights, video monitors, projectors, speakers, and video cameras
• Conducting sound, visual, and performance quality checks on AV equipment
• Assisting in mounting and inspecting electronic equipment to ensure they conform to health and safety regulations
• Operating sound and visual equipment during live events
• Assisting in troubleshooting equipment and ensuring events run smoothly
• Maintaining strong customer relations
• Disassembling audio and visual equipment and packing up after the event

Reirements:

• Education in professional technical school or a similar field (preferred but not obligatory)
• Previous experience working as an AV technician
• Knowledge of sound and video equipment
• Familiarity with computers and IP Networking Systems
• Troubleshooting skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Good level of physical fitness and the ability to lift necessary equipment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of English language
