Position: BARTENDER
Location: Rogner Hotel Tirana
Profile: We are looking for an energetic, friendly and confident BARTENDER to join our Team!

Essential Job Requirements

• Responsible for beverage preparation up to the guest request
• Responsible for guests service at the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
• Preparing the daily Mise-en-place
• Maintenance of all Beverage and Food equipment’s used at the Bar area
• Maintaining proper Hygiene, Cleanliness and Order in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
• Proper welcoming of all guests in the Bar, Lounge and Terrace Area
• Serving food and beverage to the clients if is needed
• Answering the phone and taking room service orders
• Handling complaints with care, respecting the guest opinion and finding the best solution
• Good knowledge of the cashing system; responsibility for correctly keeping the guest’s account and settling payments.
• Fluent English and Albanian verbal and written
• Additional languages are definitely a plus (German or Italian desirable)
• A willingness and ability to serve our demanding clientele
