We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating visually stunning and user-friendly websites, as well as experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop innovative solutions
- Design and create visually appealing and responsive websites, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and final designs
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure that our website designs are current and competitive
- Lead design teams and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are properly implemented and meet technical requirements
- Create and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design systems
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of design principles and web best practices
- Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers
- Strong proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
- Experience creating responsive designs and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
