We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and maintain relationships with prospective clients for a US-based construction company.

Benefits & Package​

• Monthly Salary: 65,000-80,000 Lek, depending on experience
• Monthly Bonus: Uncapped Structure - Team Average circa 40,000-50,000 Lek; Top Performers 80,000-100,000+ Lek
• Hours: Monday - Friday (US East Coast 12:00-21:00/13:00-22:00)
• Contract Type: Permanent/Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities​

• Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
• Take ownership of all general queries and resolve these to achieve customer satisfaction
• Meet/exceed weekly/monthly sales quotas

Skills & Experience​

• Previous telephone sales experience is desirable
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and oriented towards team and personal goals
