Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking for a dynamic role in the hospitality industry?
XENIA BALKAN is seeking a dedicated Crew Accommodation Advisor to join our team and support airline crew accommodation needs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hotel reservations efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing client needs.
- Negotiate prices and allotment.
- Identify and select hotels tailored to meet the specific requirements of the crew.
- Customize pricing and contract terms to maximize value.
- Scout and negotiate with hotels worldwide to expand our network.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel providers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Passion for delivering excellence in customer care.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hospitality sector experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Friendly, patient, and approachable attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- Team player with a solid work ethic.
- At least one year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Initiative, flexibility, and adaptability to changing needs.
- Fluency in Italian (essential) and English is good to have.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 17:00 – 23:00
- Friday: 15:00 – 23:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
