Job position: Trainer
Purpose of the job position: Reporting to the Training Department Leader, the trainer is responsible for conducting trainings in accordance with the employer's requirements and standards of the company.


1. Responsibility range/Scope of duty

• Training of newly hired employees
• Supplementary training for production employees.
• Developing and conducting trainings according to current needs.
• Conducting and supervising training required by the SUMITOMO group.
• Development of training programs.
• Supervision of training documentation.
• Representing & actively participating & sharing wire harness production knowledge during internal meetings.
• Creating/updating the training documentation according to production process changes.
• Production operator skills/awareness performance improvement in order to increasing productivity and reducing production defects.
• Invention and development of new trainings aiming to increase the production operators’ skills.
• Supporting production line in case of change’s implementation (modification, new material, production way of working etc).
• Active participation in activities such as HAI-Q, Quality Circle, post-complaint meetings etc.
• Preparation/registration/monitoring of all trainings documentation.
• To issue and extend the certificates for personnel who work on certificate positions.

2. Competences – knowledge and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization.
• Creativity, communication skills, ability to transfer knowledge, independence, objectivity in assessing skills.
• Time management and problem solving.
• Proficient written and spoken English is mandatory. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
• Strong training management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects and people.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
