Tour Coordinator

Albania DMC Balkan Tour Operator is looking to hire a Tour Coordinator


Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in tourism
Bachelor degree in tourism or related fields
Fluent English is a must
Another language such or French or German would be advantageous
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage and prioritize workload

Responsibilities

Organizing each tour through the full cycle from confirmation to post tour feedback
Communicating with all the suppliers, hotels, restaurants, tour guides ect.
Producing all relevant paperwork for the trip including itineraries, travel packs and invoices.
Processing booking amendments and cancellations.
Dealing with all incoming enquiries and liaising with all parties involved.
