We are currently looking for a dedicated and professional Technical Support Technician to join our team. This full-time position involves assisting customers with technical issues and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Provide customers with clear, accurate, and helpful information
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and enhance support services

Required Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Experience with Ticketing systems
• IT-related certifications are advantageous
• Proficiency in English

Work Schedule:

• Full-time role
• 24/7 shifts
• On-site work required
