As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring technical excellence in customer interactions.

- Provide technical expertise to support the commercial team during site visits and meetings with consultants, enhancing the credibility of our technical offerings.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions for both internal teams and customers, ensuring a thorough understanding of Legrand solutions.
- Customize training materials to align with local market requirements and product offerings
- Prepare essential documentation such as product samples, catalogs, and evaluation forms to facilitate effective training sessions.
- Offer ongoing technical support to clients and company team members, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Propose optimized technical solutions to improve the quality of offers and enhance competitive positioning.
- Maintain and update technical databases, including catalogs, documentation, and quotations, ensuring easy access to accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote company’s brand and product offerings.
- Work closely with global trainers and establish strong relationships with clients to ensure alignment with best practices and latest product developments.
- Enhance the technical knowledge of the sales team, providing continuous support and education.
- Analyze and follow up on quotations in collaboration with the sales team to ensure efficiency and high success rates.
Qualifications
- Technical education background (Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical support role
- Strong understanding of business operations and growth opportunities in the technology sector
- Excellent precision and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English
