Job Title: Team Leader – Italian/English (New Project Initiative)
Location: Tirana
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role:​

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Team Leader to spearhead a new project within Fusion BPO Services Albania. This role requires a highly motivated individual with proven leadership experience and exceptional proficiency in written Italian and English. You will be responsible for guiding your team to success, ensuring clear communication, and maintaining high standards of performance and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:​

• Lead, motivate, and manage a cross-functional team to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure clear task delegation among team members
• Act as the primary point of contact between the team and upper management
• Draft, review, and deliver written communications, reports, and documentation in flawless Italian & English
• Monitor progress and address challenges proactively
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to team members
• Ensure alignment with company standards, policies, and project objectives
• Support the development of project strategies and optimize workflows

Requirements:​

• Proven experience in team leadership
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Previous experience in launching or managing new projects is a bonus
• Fluency in English, or other languages is a plus
• Familiarity with Outsourcing Industry
