We’re currently looking for a Team Leader for German language for our Tirana Site to join our successful team.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
MANAGEMENT
- Management of the team's daily activities, even automatically
- Monitoring and management of team results both at individual and aggregate level in order to achieve the objectives set by the client
- Internal reporting management in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team
PEOPLE
- Continuous improvement of business performance through the development of the individual skills of agents
- Identification of individual areas for improvement and implementation of corrective strategies
CLIENT
- Management of the day-to-day relationship with the client company's referrals
- Collaboration with client company representatives to improve existing processes and identify innovative approaches to solving emerging problems
- Participation in meetings and calls with client companies
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in German
- High level of proficiency with Office 365, especially Excel
SOFT SKILLS
- Previous experience of managing a team
- Strong aptitude for problem solving
- Effective time management skills
- Team working skills
- Leadership
- The following will constitute a preferential requirement: Skills in coaching and mentoring
