TIRANA BANK, one of the leading banks in Albania and member of Balfin Group, is seeking to welcome a qualified and proactive candidate to join Human Resources Department in the position of:

Overall Job Definition
The Talent Acquisition & Performance Management Senior Officer is responsible for keeping relationships with all stakeholders, providing support in the various support functions such as job description development, job sourcing / design / evaluation, selection / recruitment, career path / promotions and headcount management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitors the headcount changes in order to ensure that all recruitment requests are in line with approved budget;
  • Responsible for the talent acquisition of new hires and internal transfers process as per bank’s strategy;
  • Ensures the recruitment process is done in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Handles staffing requests and prepares the job posting announcement accordingly;
  • Ensures and evaluates the conformance of Job Description criteria and posts job vacancies in all online communication channels internal/external;
  • Collects and screens the candidates resumes application by providing the shortlist file preparation;
  • Conducts interview, tests sessions in collaboration with the business lines;
  • Performs reference and background checks of applicants;
  • Notifies the winner/non - winner candidates at the end of the process;
  • Manages the relationships with recruitment agencies/third parties;
  • Participates in the development of related policies and procedures;
  • Maintains and frequently updates the recruitment platform database in compliance to the policies and procedures in force;
  • Reviews the Job Descriptions and ensures they are updated and complaint to the policies in force;
  • Ensures compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements;
  • Prepares different reports and keeps track of related HR metrics;
  • Prepares and organizes different surveys for bank employees; Data gathering and input; preparations of the questionnaire etc;
  • Presents the final results to the respective stakeholders and support on the actions or new initiatives;
  • Supports in organizing HR events & other team buildings activities;
  • Supports and presents Training for different topics;
  • Other duties as required by the supervisors.
Competencies / Skills:
  • University degree in Economy , Social Sciences or related field;
  • Min 3+ years of experience in similar positions, preferably in banking sector;
  • Very good knowledge of HR principles, concepts and trends;
  • Very good time management skills and organizational skills; ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team;
  • High Integrity and fast paced social approach;
  • High degree of tact and discretion, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Very good command of English, written and spoken;
