Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development Team Manager
Purpose of the position: To plan and supervise, competencies, skills and experience necessary to fulfil both long-term and short-term business requirements. Lead the talent acquisition function and help the organization hire top talent in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner while promoting diverse and inclusive hiring practices. Responsible for overseeing and supervising the Performance Appraisal Processes and support other development processes in the company.
Main Tasks:
- Understand the strategic needs of the hiring managers in order to plan and monitor recruitment budgets.
- Establish a strong and healthy relationship with hiring managers in the company.
- Initiate efficient recruitment strategies to meet the Company manpower requirements to be followed with advertising, interviewing and the selection of the best candidate.
- Partnering and coordinating with leaders and hiring managers within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their structures.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles.
- Manage and coordinate the implementation of organizational changes and follow-up on organizational changes and correlation with the administration of the related documents.
- Maintain close relationship with partners for providing quality service, monitor SLA-s and report feedback to the supervisor; promote good partnership.
- Oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with time table, support the communication and working with the management to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal process preparing feedback.
- Ensure that the departmental goals are aligned with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all promotions and internal transfers are based on the employees’ performance results, skills, devotion, hard work and fit for the role.
- Lead and play an active role in initiating and promoting human resource and employee activities and communicate HR agendas across the organization.
- Conduct the Employee Satisfaction Survey to measure employees’ overall expectation.
- Design and development of respective policies and procedures in collaboration with the Supervisor.
- Coordinate the activities of the team for the purpose of ensuring that all appropriate deadlines are met effectively and efficiently.
- Defining and driving team on continuous improvement to meet and exceed expectations.
- Performs other obligations and duties at the request of the Supervisor.
Experience and Qualifications: At least 5 years of previous experience in HR field.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of the business.
- Team working and self-reliable.
- Self-starter.
- Very good analytical skills.
- Problem solving.
- PC literate.
- Very good level of English, both written and spoken.
