We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain specialist.

The Supply Chain Specialist ensures accurate inventory management across all QSR locations while also overseeing procurement and supplier coordination. This role is responsible for analyzing daily inventory reports, reducing stock variances, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring timely and cost-effective ordering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Control & Reporting
  • Review daily inventory reports from all locations and identify discrepancies.
  • Compare theoretical vs. actual stock usage based on sales data.
  • Investigate stock variances and work with restaurant managers to correct issues.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly variance reports for management.
  • Track waste, expiration, and portioning inconsistencies.
2. Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Ensure timely stock replenishment for all locations to avoid shortages.
  • Monitor supplier pricing, delivery schedules, and order accuracy.
  • Work with vendors to resolve delayed or incorrect deliveries.
  • Assist in negotiating supplier contracts and cost-saving initiatives.
3. Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Monitor adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out), storage guidelines, and waste reduction.
  • Assist in implementing inventory management software improvements.
  • Support the training of restaurant managers on inventory best practices.
  • Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate COGS calculations and budget control.
4. Reporting & Collaboration
  • Work closely with restaurant managers, regional coordinators, and finance department.
  • Provide inventory forecasting insights based on sales trends.
  • Recommend process improvements to minimize stock losses and improve efficiency.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
  • Experience in QSR, restaurants, or retail industry (2+ years preferred).
  • Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and procurement practices.
  • Strong analytical skills (variance analysis, forecasting, reporting).
  • Proficiency in inventory software (NAV).
  • Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitasking, and meet deadlines.
